The terms that apply when you use the Loop website, the QR menu and the Loop Premium app.

By using our website, our QR menu or the Loop Premium app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. These services are operated by Loop, Business Bay at Loop, Trillionaire Residences, Business Bay, Dubai.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone secure — anyone who can receive your codes can use your account.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country of residence, and the app is intended for adults.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or anything unlawful.
Ordering through the app or QR menu is for guests present in the venue. Scanning the table QR code links your order to that table.
An order is a request until our team accepts it. If an item becomes unavailable we will tell you and adjust or cancel the order.
Prices are shown in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in the venue, not in the app.
Once preparation has begun an order generally cannot be cancelled. Please speak to a member of our team as soon as possible if something is wrong — we will always try to put it right.
A reservation request is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation. We hold tables for a reasonable grace period, after which a table may be released.
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change so the table can be offered to another guest.
Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are valid only at Loop.
We may change the earn or redemption rates, or end the programme, giving reasonable notice in the app. Points already earned will be honoured for a fair period.
Points obtained through error, fraud or abuse may be removed.
Menu descriptions, allergen markers and nutritional information are provided in good faith, but our kitchen handles many ingredients and cross-contact is possible.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell a member of our team before ordering. Do not rely on the app alone.
Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age and valid identification may be required.
Do not misuse the services: no attempts to break security, no automated scraping, no interference with other guests' orders, and no unlawful, offensive or infringing content in notes or reviews.
All content in our services, including text, photography, branding and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We work to keep the services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and menus and availability can change.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss.
You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or where necessary to protect our guests, our team or the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
